Terms of Service

GM Arena is offered as a PUBLIC BETA. “GM Arena,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator that will be identified in these Terms before any real-money service is offered. The platform currently has no verified operator or licence details configured, and these Terms are not evidence of a licence, application, approval, endorsement, or right to offer gambling.

During the Public Beta, some balances, credits, payment screens, or transaction flows may be test or demonstration features and may have no cash value or withdrawal right unless the interface expressly states otherwise and the service is lawfully available. Availability of real-money gaming and withdrawals remains subject to verified licensing, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, geographic restrictions, provider availability, and applicable law.

Third-party crypto wallet, custody, or payment providers may process transfers or hold assets under their own terms. Their involvement does not make GM Arena licensed, remove legal requirements, or by itself change the legal status of any gaming activity.

Real-money deposits, withdrawals, wagering, prizes, promotions, or other regulated services may be offered only if the responsible operator holds every authorization required for the relevant product and territory. A feature appearing in the interface does not mean it is legally available to a particular player.

Before real-money launch, this section must state the contracting entity’s full legal name, registered address, Curaçao Chamber of Commerce number, applicable CGA licence details and certificate link, and identify any product provided by another entity.

You must personally read and actively accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy when creating an account. Registration is not completed unless the checkbox is selected and the server confirms the current version.

We record your user ID, the accepted Terms version, acceptance time, and, where available, IP address and user-agent. Material changes require clear notice and active re-acceptance before continued regulated play. Changes do not apply retrospectively when that would unfairly prejudice a player, except to correct a clear error where legally permitted.

Current and previous versions must be retained by the operator and made available on request.

You may register and play only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal gambling age in your location, whichever is higher; have legal capacity; act only for yourself; and are physically located in a territory where the relevant service is lawful and expressly available.

You must not use the service from a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction, through a VPN or other location-concealment tool, or if you are barred by self-exclusion, sanctions, employment, professional-sport, or other legal restrictions. We may request location evidence and block access without treating prior access as proof of eligibility.

Provide accurate, complete, and current details. Unless expressly approved, only one personal account is permitted. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, shared, or operated for another person. Keep credentials and devices secure and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials except to the extent caused by our breach of law or failure to use reasonable security. We may merge, restrict, or close duplicate accounts after a fair review.

Access to regulated features is subject to identity, age, address, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth, payment ownership, location, and enhanced due-diligence checks. Documents may include government identification, a live image, proof of address, payment records, or other evidence reasonably required by law.

Transactions and gameplay may be monitored for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, collusion, sanctions exposure, and other unlawful activity. Player information may be screened against sanctions and politically exposed person lists. Where required, activity may be delayed, rejected, frozen, or reported to a competent authority without advance notice.

The player wallet is not a bank account or investment product, no interest is paid, and the operator is not a financial institution. Available payment methods, currencies, conversion rates, minimums, fees, and estimated processing times must be shown before a transaction is confirmed.

Coins are redeemable only when the cashier expressly identifies them as withdrawable real-money value and the regulated service is enabled for you. Promotional or demonstration balances may be non-withdrawable and must be clearly identified. Payment must ordinarily come from and return to a method held in your own name. Crypto transfers remain subject to network confirmation, address and chain accuracy, wallet screening, and provider availability.

Withdrawals may require completed KYC/AML checks. A compliance review must not be used to create unreasonable friction or delay legitimate withdrawals. Corrections, chargebacks, duplicate credits, or manifest payment errors may be reversed with a corresponding ledger record and explanation where legally permitted.

Each game’s displayed rules, stake, payout table, commission or rake, round timing, and settlement method form part of these Terms. Do not place a wager unless you understand those rules. Server records are used to settle play, subject to investigation of a genuine discrepancy.

Before real-money activation, each game and randomization method must complete all testing, certification, registration, and approval required for that product. These Terms do not claim that such testing has already occurred.

Confirmed wagers are generally final. If a round is interrupted, duplicated, affected by a material software or pricing error, or cannot be fairly settled, we may void it, refund the stake, or settle it using the documented game rules and reliable server records. We will not confiscate legitimate winnings without a stated contractual and legal basis.

Do not cheat; collude; use bots or unauthorized automation; exploit bugs, latency, or pricing errors; manipulate matchmaking or referrals; harass others; launder funds; use stolen payment methods; submit false documents; evade limits; access another account; or disrupt the platform.

We may monitor game, transaction, device, security, and community records to detect abuse. Consequences may include voided affected play, withheld disputed amounts during investigation, account restriction or closure, and reporting where required. Any action must be proportionate, documented, and subject to the complaint process.

Gambling involves the risk of losing money and must not be treated as income. Set personal limits, never chase losses, and do not play with money needed for living expenses. If play is causing harm, stop and seek support.

Before regulated launch, the operator must provide legally required deposit, loss, time-out, self-exclusion, reality-check, and account-closure controls and explain how they work. Contact Support to request a restriction or closure. We may also intervene when activity indicates potential harm.

You may request account closure through Support, subject to identity confirmation and settlement of pending transactions. We may temporarily restrict or close an account for a Terms breach, security risk, failed verification, legal requirement, suspected fraud, or responsible-gaming concern.

Where lawful, undisputed withdrawable funds remain yours and will be returned after necessary checks. We will explain material restrictions unless prohibited by law. Dormancy rules, any fair and proportionate fee, notice period, and unclaimed-funds process must be configured and disclosed before they are applied; none is created merely by this draft.

We may collect account and contact details; identity, age, address, and verification records; payment and wallet information; gameplay and transaction history; communications and support records; device, browser, user-agent, IP address, approximate location, security events, and cookie or similar technical data.

Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide and settle games, process payments, perform KYC/AML and sanctions checks, prevent fraud and collusion, support responsible gaming, answer complaints, improve reliability, and comply with legal or regulatory duties. The lawful basis and any consent choices must be presented where required.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with identity and sanctions screening providers, payment and crypto providers, hosting and security vendors, game suppliers, professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, and a successor in a lawful business transfer. Vendors must be contractually restricted and international transfers protected as required by applicable law.

Data is retained only for the period required for the stated purpose and applicable gaming, AML/CFT, tax, dispute, and record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymized where legally permitted. Before launch, the operator must publish specific retention periods and the responsible entity’s privacy contact. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; some requests may be limited by mandatory gambling or AML records.

Raise a complaint through Support with the account, transaction or game reference and relevant facts. The operator must publish acknowledgement, response, escalation, and record-retention timelines before real-money launch.

If the contracting operator is a Curaçao-licensed entity, the agreement is intended to be governed by Curaçao law and disputes submitted to a competent court of Curaçao, without removing mandatory consumer rights in your country. Any required certified alternative-dispute-resolution route and regulator escalation details must be added after the operator and licence are verified.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation must remain fair and proportionate, and does not excuse payment of valid player funds or winnings.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms, incorporated game rules, clearly accepted promotion terms, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for the relevant service. The English version controls only to the extent permitted by law.
